God should be first on your priorty list.

Define the difference between the WORLD and GOD.
The world is constantly competing for your attention distracting you from God.
How often does the world win in distracting you from God?
We can’t have it both ways either. We can’t desire what is in the world (money, acceptance of others, or even the things we enjoy, our grades, our careers, family or friends) and God.
In fact we are called to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind. Which Jesus said is the “Greatest Commandment.” We are supposed to love God with our entire being! Jesus is quoting from Deuteronomy 6:5-8.
“5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.“
However, we all stuggle no one apart from Jesus has been able to eliminate the distractions of the world. We constantly are getting bombarded with things to do or learn.
What temptations are winning your attention in your battle between the world and God?
Which is why we must be constantly looking for Jesus in each activity, idea, or thought we have. Because without Jesus we are hopelessly lost.
What are some things you can do to find Jesus when you notice your attention is drifting away from God?

If you need help your first instinct should be to ask God.

What needs/wants have you been focusing on lately?
God wants to help us. He loves us, and has demonstrated that dozens of times in the Bible.
What is the first thing you think about when you need something?
We should not only be looking for God’s guidence in what we should be doing. We also need to ask for help from Him. He’s got the answers he made the answers.
Philippians 4:6
6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God
What can you do/change to seek God when you need something?
The first step in getting help from God, and making Him your first priority is by surrendering your life to Him.
