Attitude is everything.

Teams of college students were challenged to be solution oriented.

Team 1 - Offered free tire pressure tests for college students. Those low on air were offered to have their tires pumped for one dollar.

Team 2 - Made reservations at crowded restaurants and sold their reservations for a fee.

Team 3 - recognized their time and the time of the students was the most valuable. They spoke to a business that wanted to present job opportunities to young college students. They bid for a 3 minute presentation which was purchased for $650

Steve Jobs, at thirty, was fired from the company he founded. 

During the next five years, he started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become his wife. Pixar went on to create the world’s first computer-animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world.

Apple bought NeXT, Steve Jobs returned to Apple, and the technology developed at NeXT was at the heart of Apple’s renaissance.
