God's steadfast deliverance is a reason to give him praise. Through the work of His Son, Jesus Christ, He has secured a durable joy that moves his people to true joy and thanksgiving. Psalm 124 and Psalm 125 are a lesson in finding this joy, thankfulness, and praise in the work of Christ.
