The events of life often make many believer loose sight of their identity in Christ. Our primary text states what was the future state of Isreal (God’s Children) but the reality of redeemed gentiles who are engrafted unto the household of God.

The last 18 months had impacted people across the globe diffrently, some remarkable life changing experience, others not so dramatic. Whatever your experience(s) maybe Raise and Shine ........

The Spirit of the Lord is saying to us to Emerge from our circumstances or stituation and reflect the brightness of His glory.

Message

“Arise [from spiritual depression to a new life], shine [be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord]; for your light has come, And the glory and brilliance of the Lord has risen upon you. “For in fact, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness will cover the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you [Jerusalem] And His glory and brilliance will be seen on you. “Nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising. The promises of God superceeds any challenege or situation in life.

Just to let you know this scritpure was written long time before the pandemic

To experience the benefit of the promises of God it must be acted upon. ........., faith, if it does not have works [to back it up], is by itself dead [inoperative and ineffective] James 2:17 {ampT}

This call is not something to go pray about, but to act upon. I demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and i take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. In Jesus name 2 Cor 10:5

You emergence is not dependent on what you feel or think.

Think of a police officer he/she does not feel the power all he knows is that he/she has the authority to discharge his/her duty.

You are called out. ......... you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, to proclaim the virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 1 Peter 2:9

You are called to reflect the light shone on you and no your light.

It is not about you, but about Him who called you, so stop taken yourself too seriously.

How do you know that you’ve emerged and risen as the Lord commanded?

Lets look at some of the characteristics of light Mat 5:14-16

You cannot hide light.

It is dominate and influencial.

It is not apologetic non passive.

Conclusion

You are not a survivor you are redeemed of the Lord called out of darkness to show forth the glory of God. Get out there and share your testimony of God’s grace and mercy over your life. Hold your head high because the light of God is shown over you.
