The Way of Perfect Pleasure

Life offers all kinds of pleasures

- A walk in the evening with you dog

Hanging out with a friend

listening to your favorite music

eating ice cream

watching a movie etc

But none last forever

Soon we find ourselves looking for the next thing

Until the day that we grow old and suddenly things we use to enjoy lose their excitement.

Believers are not immune to this

The first time that we experienced Christ there was tears and joy.

A supreme feeling of forgiveness and peace flooded our soul.

But the older we get if we are not careful we can lose eternal perspective and with it, the pleasure of knowing God.

Thank God there is a solution for this and if you are struggling in finding happiness as a believer. Listen to the man that was willing to lose it all for the supreme joy of experiencing Christ.
