parable about the upside-down value system arriving with God’s kingdom.
what is one of the hardest things to do in life?
because it is easier not to forgive!! think about it, it is easier to hold a grudge and because they have hurt you.

13 bearing with one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a grievance against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you are also to forgive. Colossians 3:13
but Jesus laid out for us: what should we do if our brother or sister sins against us? Jesus sets four principles before us.

in rabbinic discussion the consensus was that a brother might be forgiven a repeated sin three times; on the fourth, there is no forgiveness.

Those in the kingdom serve a great king who has invariably forgiven far more than they can ever forgive one another. Therefore failure to forgive excludes one from the kingdom, whose pattern is to forgive.
those who are forgiven must forgive, lest they show themselves incapable of receiving forgiveness.
