We become great by becoming small

4 Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

11 The greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.

How do we avoid false humility? Look at the following example:

8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

We’re not talking about mere man here” We are talking about the GOD of all creation walking with His creation.

3 For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.

Jesus called us to be servants, so we seek to be servants and do servant “stuff”
