We live in a fallen and groaning world. The whole first portion of this chapter are about how all of creation hurts and longs for God to make things right. How even the Holy Spirit within us groans on our behalf. We live in a fallen and broken world! It hurts, it aches, it longs. Evil and sin has marred it severely.
Just know although we hurt and groan, we’re going to win! God wins!
In this passage Paul raises several questions and their answers. There is hope here! There is confidence here!
In the midst of all of our hurting, pain, and groaning. We can know, that OUR GOD WINS! We will win!
Nothing can stand against our God
Psalm 65:5-7
Psalm 65:5–7 KJV 1900
By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; Who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea: Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; Being girded with power: Which stilleth the noise of the seas, The noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
Psalm 118:6

Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
How can we know that. How can we be certain of victory? Pauls answers this for us!
I. The finest provision ( Romans 8:32)

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

John 3:16 KJV 1900
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Philippians 2:5–8 KJV 1900
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
He have us the benefits of sonship. Matthew 7:11
Matthew 7:11 KJV 1900
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
All of his blessings on us were undeserved too
Romans 5:8
Romans 5:8 KJV 1900
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
II- Forgiven Place (Romans 8:33-34 )

The ability to have a charge against us is gone!
He has beat that accuser
