A love that we don’t deserve
Because we are sinners
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
It is easy to think that God loves us becuase we are kind and thoughtful
However, we are wicked, vile people
We are not good people trying to help others
We are not good people who are only messed up because of our environment.
We are dirty fithly sinners capible of being monsters
Because we don’t seek God.
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
All you have to do is look at the world for a few seconds to see that this is true.
How many people that you have talked to and invited to church have come?
How many people have told you that they would like to study the Bible
In our own lives how much time every day do we really seek after God and his things.
A very small amount of time.
A majority of the time we are thinking about our food or what we are going to eat
We are thinking about our work
We are thinking about what others think about us.
Because we don’t have anything to offer God
But we are all as an unclean thing,
And all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags;
And we all do fade as a leaf;
And our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
It is easy to love someone who has something to offer
The well off church memeber who invites you to eat at their house.
Your girlfriend who is pretty and says nice things to you
Your friend who is fun to hang out with and cares about you
But is much harder to love someone who has nothing to offer
The people that are asking for money on the side of the road
They are stinky and smelly and wierd
And many times they do not have friends
The lady living on our street in Peru
And we as humans don’t have anything to offer God.
Ability - God can do everything and is all powerful
Inteligence - God is all knowing
Money - God is the creator of the world and doesn’t need anything
But even though we don’ t have anything to offer God he still loves us
In spite of all our failures and mess ups. He still loves us and accepts us
And now as Christians we should follow his example
Do you love the unlovable
It is easy to love innocent kids
Hummis and micaela
But is it hard to love the people that hate you and want to destroy you
The people that are spreading lies about you
The people that are out to get you
The people that only want to see your disgrace and demise
Those people really don’t deserve love.
Those people deserve death
But what did Jesus do with us? He loved us and we should love others too.
Maybe it is hard to love the people you work with and spend time with
It is easy to love that new member at church that thinks you are the greatest
But it is hard to love other training center students
The other student gets to preach more than you do
People always say how great a job he did but never say anything about you.
This other girl always gets to do the important events and I have to clean the bathrooms
Robert always gives that student the important task and doesn’t even talk to me. What a jerk
While it is easy to extend a helping hand to those in need it is also easy to have a bitter heart to those above you or working along side you’
But if you really wanted to love others like Jesus loves you would love them whether they deserve it or not

A Love Without Conditions
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
As humans many times we put conditions on our love
I will love my husband as long as he is faithful to me
I will love my boyfriend if
he buys me chocolates
if he always says nice things to me
if he shows me that I am the most important person in the world to him
If he stops doing those things then we are done
We have a conditional love but God has an unconditional love
God doesn’t only love the good people
He loves the bad, evil people
The people that hate others and want to destroy others. God loves those people
He loves the worst people in the world!
He loves everyone!
Maybe you think that God can’t use you because of your past or what you have done but I want to tell you that he loves you in spite of that and you know have a different future becuase of Jesus
He loves without conditions
You don’t have to start acting a certain way for him to love you
You don’t have to change for him to love you
He loves you just how you are
The Bible says that God loved us while we were yet sinners
Christ died for us!
He doesn’t say when you accepted Christ he began to love you
While we were yet sinners
We should love others in the same way
Once they stop lying and talking bad about me then I will love them
Once they start actually serving here at church and not just talk about it then I will love them
Once the stop having that stuck up attitude then I will love them
NO, if God loved us without conditions we should love others the same way

A Secure Love
A Secure Love
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s love isn’t going to change
God doesn’t change and his love doesn’t either
He is not like a human
Example of young people
We can trust in him
His love towards us is not going to change
No matter
What is happening right now (Nor things present)
You might be going through some really tough times
But no matter what is happening in your life right now you can know one thing. God loves you
What will happen in the future
There might be worse things that will happen in your life in the next year or next couple of years
But God’s love is going to be the same
Not even death
The love of God towards us will be the same after we die
Not Satan
He has power but he wont be able to change God’s love towards us
So no matter what sin you commit or accion you take God is going to love you the same
We should show this same love to others
They should know that no matter what they have done or no matter what they are going through we will love them
We won’t love thier sin and we will help them have victory over that sin
But our love towards them won’t change

A Sacrificial Love
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Christ made a great sacrifice for us!
God gave his only begotten son
Christ died to save us
He suffered on a Cross
He suffered for my sins
We should show our loves towards others by our actions
We shouldn’t just say that we love others but we should also show it!
People should see that we are willing to sacrifice our time fo help them
We should also show our love toward God by our actions.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
The overwelming love of God demands a response
We should respond by putting our lives on the altar of sacrifice and saying here is my life Lord and I am willing to give everything to serve you
You should remember God’s amazing overwelming love towards us when you are tired and frustrated.
Looking at the cross will allow you to see God’s love and remember what he did for you
A pastor by the name of Florescu was tortured with red-hot iron pokers and with knives. He was beaten very badly. Then starving rats were driven into his cell through a large pipe. He could not sleep because he had to defend himself all the time. If he rested a moment, the rats would attack him. He was forced to stand for two weeks, day and night. The Communists wished to compel him to betray his brethren, but he resisted steadfastly. Eventually, they brought his fourteen-year-old son to the prison and began to whip the boy in front of his father, saying that they would continue to beat him until the pastor said what they wished him to say. The poor man was half mad. He bore it as long as he could, then he cried to his son, “Alexander, I must say what they want! I can’t bear your beating anymore!” The son answered, “Father, don’t do me the injustice of having a traitor as a parent. Withstand! If they kill me, I will die with the words, ‘Jesus and my fatherland.’” The Communists, enraged, fell upon the child and beat him to death, with blood spattered over the walls of the cell. He died praising God.

The beginning of the word of the Lord by Hosea. And the Lord said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the Lord.
It is very difficult to love without limits
A wife may try to love her husband without limts but if he isn’t faithful to his wife then it will be very difficult to love him and they will probably not stay together
If our friend is always trying to borrow money and never repays it then we will have a hard time staying friends
But our God is not like that
We can shake our fist in his face
Live a life of sin
Hate him and the things of God and he still loves us
We can see the example of Hosea
He had a to marry a prostitue
He cared for her and took care of her
And she went out and found lovers
She wasn’t faithful to him
She took all the clothes, food and goods that Hosea had provided for her to use with other men
But what did Hosea do?
He searched for her and kept loving her
That is what God does for us
We might not be living for him like we should
We might be living in sin but he still cares for us and loves us
And that is what we should try to do with others
Love without limits
That is what Vision Baptist should be known for
That is what Vision Missionaries should be know for
Our love without limits
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

How God loves
Represent
Show others how God loves through your actions and attitude
Model God’s love through your love
Love your enemies and the people that hate you
