Living Off The LeftOver’s }

John 6:8–13 The Message
8 One of the disciples—it was Andrew, brother to Simon Peter—said, 9 “There’s a little boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish. But that’s a drop in the bucket for a crowd like this.” 10 Jesus said, “Make the people sit down.” There was a nice carpet of green grass in this place. They sat down, about five thousand of them. 11 Then Jesus took the bread and, having given thanks, gave it to those who were seated. He did the same with the fish. All ate as much as they wanted. 12 When the people had eaten their fill, he said to his disciples, “Gather the leftovers so nothing is wasted.” 13 They went to work and filled twelve large baskets with leftovers from the five barley loaves.
XMy grandson, recently turned 3, But in his terrible 2’s he had a love for pop-sickles. So we had keep a large amount of pops in the freezer. he could take down 6-8 pops in a day if you let him.
I decided i would test his ability to share his resources. So i would buy the pops, take him to the freezer to get a pop and then ask him for some of his pop.. He would look up at me smile & raise his hand for me to take a lick. i would and tell him how good it taste & celebrate his sharing his pop. He’d smile again and walk away enjoying his pop sickle.
Its like this little boy, his mother sent him to the revival with 5 loaves & two fish, Now rather you want to admit it not. God gave him those resources.
So he as asked to share his resources with the entire community. He didn’t expect anything back....
But later on that day or the next morning his mom is looking out the window waiting for junior to return. But she don’t see him.. She see’s 11 men carry baskets walking towards her house and the 12th person is junior with his basket and big smile on his face because he shard his pop with Jesus.
And they lived off the Left Overs.....
Beloved, consider that we can’t out- give God.. and he’s obligated to be a better father than we are his sons.

Malachi 3:10 (NKJV)
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour outfor you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.
Is God testing you to see if your willing to share your resources?
Have you been faithful?
We are doing a 12 month Campaign to get out of debt.. We need 50 people to pledge to do it for this to work.
