This call is addressing a universal problem. that problem is sin.

Rom 3:23 “23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

The term “all” pas in Greek, is an inclusive word. It means “whole,” for the whole has sinned, implying the whole world, the totality of the humanity. It can mean “each,” significantly imply each member of human race has sinned.

1 K. 8:46
“There is no man that sinneth not”
Ec. 7:20 “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not”

This is indeed a universal crisis, and this universal problem requires a unoversal solution.

Romans 3:24- 24 “Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith
God then provides a solution for sin problem. that solution is justification by grace. God is the justifier and he does this freely through Christ. vs. 25, “God set forth” this justification through christ. Implying as we did not chose to sin with Adam so do we have no choise to have grace in Jesus. freely we recieved sin from Adam, freely we recieve grace from Jesus christ.
“For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive” (1 Co. 15:21–22).
We establish here then we have a universal sin problem, adressed by a Universal God, with a Universal Call, to a Universal audience.
Isaiah 6: 8 “8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.””
“Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” This phrase has a universal mind set. as a universal implications. “whom , who”, is not discriminative, it is not selective, it is not limiting, it is not conditional but rather inclusive, accomandative, inviting and entertaining. in otherwords, anyone willing to heed the call, the caller is willing and ready to use them.
When Isaiah said here iam send me, God did not ask him his tribe, or his nationality, or his qualification, or his experience. If isaiah was Gentile, still God would have used him. if he was a black, still God would use him. if he was a Kamba, still God would use him. if he was a KIsii, still God woul use him. if he was luo, a kalenjin, a meru, or any heeding the call God still would use him!

You see friends the only qualification for this call is the grace of God. and as sin as come to all so grace has appeared to all.

Titus 2:11 “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.”

The Redeemer is Universal
1John 2:2
2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
1 Peter–Jude (King James Version) C. Misconception 3: Man Can Become Sinless and Righteous on His Own, 1:10–2:2

Jesus Christ paid the penalty of sin for all sinners of all generations. He died for the sins of all people, no matter who they are or what they have done.

The universality of sin explains the universality of our mission and calling.
The Gospel Is Universal
Revelation 14:6 “6 Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people—”
The gospel must be proclaimed to the whole earth. Not a single place must be missed. It must be proclaimed to every nation, tribe, language, and people
Matthew 24:14
“14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
Matthew 28:18-19 “18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”
In Mark's account, He is recorded to have said, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation" (16:15)
1 Timothy 2:4-6
“4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,”
He does not wish that anyone should perish (2 Pet. 3:9)
With this universal nature of this call God is not dependant on a particular individual.
Matthew 24:14 “14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
no single individual can go to the whole world, but every believer has a world to reach. reach out then indiscriminatory, reach out then inclusively, reache out then fearlessly, reach out to rich and to the poor, to blacks and white, to your tribes mates and they who are not of your tribe. for he who calls is one for all, He who saves is one for all, and he who enables is one for all.
Galatians 3:28-29 “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
All are invited to the kingdom of God.
