The Psalms of Ascents tell the story of God’s work of redemption. They extol God’s promises and raise our gaze to behold the glory of God in the face of his anointed King. In Psalms 133 and 134 we see how the peace of God, which has been secured for us by Christ, extends out to sanctify us, not only in our relationship with Him, but in our relationship with each other.
