God Protects His Sheep (4)

He protects us from evil!
He keeps us from being led away into sin and error by His rod and staff. He corrects us when we are going astray. John 10:27-30 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”

God is Present With His Sheep (5-6)

He prepares a table - this implies not only provision in the midst of trouble, but His presence.
He anoints with oil - He is present to heal.
His Goodness and mercy pursue us!
Are you trusting Christ to Provide for your needs or are your filled with anxiety? Are you trusting Christ to protect you? Remember, he has promised to never leave you.
