Hated by Men

I. Jesus said that You will be hated by all Nations and Many will be Offended and Betray for His Names’ Sake.

A. You will be Hated for His Names’ Sake.

Matthew 10:22 (KJV 1900)

22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

B. You will be Afflicted and will be killed for His Names’ Sake.

Matthew 24:9–10 (KJV 1900)

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

C. You will be Hated by all Men, but Endure to the End and you will be Saved.

13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

D. You will be Saved from your Enemies that Hate you.

Luke 1:71 KJV 1900

71 That we should be saved from our enemies, And from the hand of all that hate us;

II. You are Blessed when Men Hate You.

A. You will be separate from Their Company and Reproached by Jesus Sake.

Luke 6:22 (KJV 1900)

22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.

B. The World will not want you to Reign Over Them.

Luke 19:14 (KJV 1900)

14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

C. The Can’t Hate you, but They Hated Jesus because He Testified that Their Works were Evil.

John 7:7 (KJV 1900)

7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

D. If the World Hates you, You Know that They Hated Jesus before you.

John 15:18 (KJV 1900)

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

E. It will come to pass that they will Hated Jesus without cause to fulfill what is written in their Law.

John 15:25 (KJV 1900)

25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

F. Jesus gave them His Word, and They Hated Him because was not of this World.

John 17:14 (KJV 1900)

14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

G. They will Hate us when we preach His Word, because we are not of this World.
