mission: A special assignment given to a person or group.

Colossians 1:28 “So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ.”

The mission statement of the Church of the Nazarene: to make Christlike disciples in the nations

Paul says the mission of the church is to “tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us.”
