As we continue our series on fear I would like to tell you that you shoud not fear because God is on your side

No matter what you may be going through God is with you

Fear can cripple us

I am not the only person who would have struggle with fear

Many of you listening my be struggling with some sort of fear

Some of you may be struggling with the fear of being alone.

Some of you are scared your marriages will end in divorce

Covid will kill you

Scared to go behind a wheel to drive

You may lose your job or never get another one

Fear is a naturl human response we all expereince sometimes

Let me remind you that what ever your battle istoday - God is on your side

No matter what you may be going through God is with you

You are not alone

You are in good company

Don’t beat yourself up if you are fearful

Elijah became fearful of his life when Jezebel wanted to take his life

Moses was fearful to lead Gods people

Jacob was fearful tht his brother Esau would take his life

Peter was fearful they would crucify him aling wth Jesus

These men all struggled with fear and God delivered them from it

2 Kings 6:16 NIV

16 “Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.”

In this portion of scripture the servant of Elisha was fearful when he saw that they were surrounded by an army with horses and Chariots, however Elsiha prayed for his eyes to be opened up to see that God and his angel armies were protecting them

Many times we can be just like this servant

All we see is the storm that is heading our way, all we can see is that negative medical report bt God wants to open our eyes to see that he is on our side.

How I pray that, in every situation we face, we would not only see the problem but that we would see the solution—that the Lord is with us; that His angels are surrounding us; that His promises are applicable to us. He says He will never leave us or forsake us
