I love Peace! I hate Drama! I have rules in my home that my house is to be at Peace. So if there is a argument or a disagreement it is always a big deal to get it one and over with. If there is going to be a problem i want to get in the face of that problem sit everyone down and address it once clearly and lay out the law of the land. What is expected, What the plan of action is and once its been dealt with I don’t want to deal with it again. I believe my home is a sanctuary. When i get done with the hustle and bustle of my day. My job, My church duties I want to come home to a drama free environment and if its been a ruff day i want to get what i have to get done and go to my favorite place in the house. My bed. I want to run off to the empty room and forget the day. And if its been a bad day I want to be by myself and cry it out. I want to pray. I want to worship. I want to sleep. My bed is my place of peace. I have about 4 inches of memory foam. A lamp that turns on with a roller a night stand all my charger stuff ready to plug in. It is my place of REST. It is my place sometimes of study and of entertainment. It is my comfy place in my house. I have soft fluffy blankets, bed rest pillows to sit up in bed. Tv trays for study, nice fan, Tv with a roku. All i need is a mini fridge. I am that hermit crab when i want peace. I want to go in my shell and the only person I really want around me is only people that are willing to go with the peace. My daughter Liora is just like me so most of the time she flows in my peaceful setting. She is pregnant right now and she does not like to sleep alone.
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Peace is not logical to the world. The kind of Peace they are interested in is the Peace of no war. The world isn’t interested in peace just watch the news they make a point to say things that get your emotions crazy and get you passionate about what you don't’ agree with or you don’t like. They don’t understand how anyone could be at Peace.
So if the World we live in is not at Peace? What are they?
So What is the Opposite of Peace?
Anxiety, Worry, Drama, Unruly Emotions, Unrest, Fear, Unnerved, Chaos, Untrust, Insecurity, Pain
What a Friend we have in Jesus
All our sins and griefs to bear
What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in Prayer
O What Peace we often Forfeit
O What needless Pain we bear
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in Prayer
We don’t hand off our burdens to God we hold on to them.
God has the ability to take it and give you peace.
That hand off of burdens that supernatural carrying of our cares and concerns happens in Prayer
Cast Your Cares- 1 Peter 5:7
casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for
“God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble.”
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

1. Action is: Do Not be Anxious
Worry is what happens when we refuse to pray. And through worry our emotions take control instead of the Holy Spirit taking control. What we don’t give to God will control our thoughts, words, and deeds.
2. Do Pray (talk to God) , Asking for help , Giving Thanks, making requests of God. Count your blessings.
When you do this the Result is PEACE!
Prayerful Dependency on God- Anxiety is needless worry.....
We should care about the lost, We should care about what Jesus calls us to, We should care for our families, We should care about what God cares about.
He’s the Prince of Peace when I’m in pieces
Worry and concern should not govern everything you do.
Worry is sin because we are not trusting God when we are commanded to trust him.
3. Result is PEACE!
and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
But Pastor Deadra I don’t like to pray, I don’t know how to pray, I am not good a praying.........its just having a conversation with God. There is no formula.
Neither am I, my public prayer is practiced. Public prayer is not the kind of prayer this is talking about. I’m talking about the one where you can lose yourself, cry, yell, get loud, don’t speak, give him all your got. beg plead
It never catches him off guard God is big enough.
Prayer comes from need, brokenness, issues, problems, not knowing what to do,
Prayer less Christian breeds an anxious mind.
There is always a weather factor- How do you dress when the weather changes.
My Work Shorts-
Everyone dresses differently for the weather depending on how it effects them.
Armor of God is a long list. - Fitted with the preparation that comes from the Gospel of Peace
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Gospel of Peace- good news of peace.......
The one thing you can put on for every weather condition is PRAYER .
REFUSE TO BE ANXIOUS.
Anxiety is the mind and body's reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It's the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event. A certain level of Anxiety helps us stay alert and aware, but for those suffering from an anxiety disorder,
Pastor Deadra I can’t refuse that i can’t control your thoughts. You tell everybody else NO. I know you guys know how to say NO you tell your family no, your boss no, your friends no, some of you got no down pact. But you can’t tell yourself No.

REACH OUT TO GOD IN PRAYER------NOT YOUR SPOUSE, BOYFRIEND, FRIEND
Jesus not your neighbor, A lot of gossip comes from prayer chains. You don’t need to ask for prayer for every little thing from someone else. If its big and you want support emotionally because its so big that you don’t have the strength to take it by yourself that’s one thing but you don’t need emotional support for every prayer. If you were praying more the big thing now you need your brothers and sisters standing with you in could have been headed off at the pass by prayer directly to God.
We aren’t living in the days where we have to take our sins to a priest. In the days we need prophets and priests to Go to God on on our behalf and sacrifice. Or that we need our Pastors for every little thing. We don’t need the infallible humans although they are charged to keep a watch over us cause they give and account. They don’t have to be children with Prayer. We don’t have to have our Pastors or friends or family to pray for every little confrontation we have or everything that doesn’t go our way that makes us emotional. If we would take that stuff directly to God we would make better decisions moving forward. We would gain PEACE!
REMEMBER BLESSINGS
If you pray more you will save time! It sounds backwards but everything in God’s kingdom works contrary to the way things work in the World. Spend time to save time.
If your a peace and you have given your stuff to God your gonna be in peace in your interactions with people.
You might be more forgiving, more patient, more self controlled, more loving.
The thing about the fruits of the spirit is that accessing one of them fuels all of them. If our minds are in perfect peace because we have our minds stayed on christ we will be more like Christ. Christ was the Prince of Peace and if he was the prince of peace. Then you are a prince of princess of Peace. And if you think about royalty they are well confined and hold themselves peacefully and gracefully despite their environment and some of that is fake and for appearance. If you Pray and lay all your anxiety down it will not be a fabricated peace it will be the real thing. Bless God I’m blessed and highly favored will be real in your life because your telling God everything. Your constantly in a conversation with God and that’s what Christ died to give you not only salvation but access to God. You don’t have to pick up a phone or go to his house. Or go to church. He’s right there he is in you. He is right there with you. You and the Holy Spirit are one in spirit. You cant’ hide, you can’t runaway, but you can not talk to him. You can ignore him. You can run to others before him. You can let your emotions speak louder than him. You can move in drama without him,
The Holy Spirit is not your ball and chain to drag around. He’s your partner in life he’s your confident, your hero, your calm in the storm, your biggest fan, your always accessible best friend. You just have to talk to him.
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
You Pray and you get Peace. Prayers bring Supernatural Peace.
