Planning for Persecution

Paul tells Timothy that godly people should expect persecution from ungodly people.

How can we plan for problems?

Are Christians really persecuted?

I recently talked to some young people who said many at school are afraid to talk about their faith in Jesus for fear of being made fun of by everyone at school.

A College professor said that some Christians are quiet about Christ because some of the vocal Christians are actually assaulted for their faith and devotion to Jesus.

Expect Persecution. 10-12

Like the flu.

Like Covid 19.

Christians cannot escape persecution.

We rely on the Grace of God to see us through persecution.

History shows many believers who remained faithful to Christ.
