Romans 8:18-27, Great Anticipation

Romans 8:18-27

Verse 18: The glory which shall be revealed in us.

Verse 19: The manifestation of the sons of God. Manifestation is apokalupsis, uncovering, unveiling.

Verse 20: We are not hopeless people. Keep our eyes on Jesus. Trust Him.

I Thessalonians 4:13-18: The hope we have in the Rapture.

Philippians 3:20-21: Christ shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body.

Verse 21: Delivered from the bondage of corruption.

Verse 22: The whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

Verse 23: Waiting for the redemption of our body.

Verse 24: We are saved by hope.

Verse 25: Patiently endure.

Verse 26: The Spirit maketh intercession for us.

Verse 27: The Spirit maketh intercession for the saints. Hebrews 7:25.
