Man, so good.
Sounds good.
Yeah, if if that doesn't light a little fire under you, your wood is wet.
That was great.
I was deeply blessed by that.
Thank you Team.
All right, we got it there.
Do you have anything up there?
Those of you that are in charge of the AV.
If you could give me my big screen, that would be great.
How was your day?
I do have to say, I do have to say you're a little weak on the responses.
Maybe it's the mask, but did you have a good day?
Okay, who here had a day that was like a 7 or better a day.
It was A7 or better.
Ok.
Alright, that's a fair few.
Who had a day that was like, on a scale of 1 to 10.

All right, just a quick reminder, today.
I'm just going to briefly say this.
We've been talking all week about how you can get yourself a set a set of the conflict, Beautiful.
Rhonda won that tonight.
I think she got all the questions right.
Can we give her a hand, give her a hand.
Great job.
Well done, Rhonda.
So you can get yourself a set of these books types and symbols has reduced them down to $150.
I then reached out to a good friend of mine who has agreed to subsidize the books, another $50.
So you can get this set.
If you use this discount code for a hundred bucks for this week and next week.
So if you are a southern student and you are interested in getting a copy of those books from Tyson symbols supporting young Adventist, entrepreneurs and graphic designers, and the books are absolutely incredible build.
They are well, worth that, that's only $20 a book.
Those books are handmade at a at a boutique publisher in Germany that they've been making books like since 1500.
So anyway, get your hand on a set of those books.
We're going to have a great time tonight, and then we're going to have a baptism.
Can somebody say AMEN?
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Alright.
So we're going to have a great time tonight it's going to be a lot of fun and that we're going to start with a prayer.
Father in Heaven, great to be here at Southern Adventist University and Lord, what a beautiful set of songs.
That was that I wasn't familiar with that second song, but I loved it.
And father.
I just pray that these songs that we here would resonate not just in our ears, but in our hearts and in our souls, that that we would take these lyrics and take these ideas on board and we would say, yes, I'm going to raise a Hallelujah, in the presence of my fear in the presence of my enemies and in the presence of any powers that would see to disconnect me from my God.
I'm just going to raise a hallelujah.
So father tonight, as we gather as the Sabbath hours are upon us.
We pray that we will enter in a wonderful and special way into your presence, Father.
May we come in may we be reminded of your goodness may we be reminded of our neediness and father tonight, I pray for myself that there will be clarity and charity tonight and that we will come out the other side of this presentation with a better understanding of who you are, and who we are.
Is our prayer in Jesus name.
Would everyone say?
Amen.
And amen.
All right, so our fifth and final presentation in our THE GAP Series here at Southern Adventist University week of prayer.
I want to give a big thank you to Joseph.
Can we get a shout-out to Joseph?
Thank you Joseph.
Thank you, Joseph, for inviting me and it's been awesome to be here.
It's been awesome to eat your wife's food.
It's been great to hang out and anytime that you invite me over to eat.
The answer is yes.
Alright.
So we're going to be talking tonight about a really cool idea.
We're going to touch on a number of themes and my hope is that as we were able to do by the grace of God, in the first session.
We had a 6 oclock session we will be able to tie a number of related themes together into a single thread that again, will be characterized by both Clarity and charity and that you'll come away with a clearer understanding of what God's call on your life looks like.
And so, that's the goal here.
We're going to talk about a lot of different things, but there are some significant unifying threads here and if you stay with me on this journey, there's going to be a lot to learn here.
Our presentation tonight is titled: A CHOICE YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE.
A CHOICE YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE.
I'm going to start with a quotation, from a fellow by the name of Barry Schwartz.
Now years ago, I watched a Ted Talk.
Who else out there loves TED Talks? have a 10, top guy.
Right?
And so I watch the Ted Talk by this fella Barry Schwartz and I was so impressed by the idea of the Ted Talk not just intellectually or theoretically.
But experientially, I knew exactly what he was talking about.
And that, when he said that the talk was based on a book that he had written.
I immediately went out and got the book and the book is titled, the Paradox of choice.
Why more is less and follow this quotation here?
Because it's a little counterintuitive.
It it, it turns in the direction that you might not expect and that we're going to talk a little bit about it.
As we begin our presentation, titled, a choice.
You don't have to make and Schwartz here is writing on the nature of choice, right?
So let's begin.
He says the number of available choices increases as it has in our consumer culture.
The autonomy control and Liberation, this variety brings.
Powerful and positive all of us, know this experientially right?
In 2021.
If you go to buy something at Starbucks, you have a numerable choices, seem different sizes, different kinds different caffeinated, non-caffeinated tea or coffee juice or whatever it is.
I'm not really a Starbucks person.
But I know people come out of there with all different kind of various kinds of options and Drake's.
Listen to go to buy a pair of headphones, right?
