WE MUST STOP PRAYING FAITHLESS PRAYERS

STRONG FAITH - EFFECTIVE PRAYERS
GALATIANS 6:9 “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
WEARINESS IS DANGEROUS TO FAITH.

JAMES 5:15-16 “And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
FAITH MAKES PRAYER EFFECTIVE!
DISCOURAGEMENT IS INCREMENTAL JUST LIKE FAITH
*YOU WOULDN’T BE SO DISCOURAGED IF THE ENEMY DIDN’T FEAR YOUR PRAYERS OF FAITH.
YOUR PRAYERS ARE ONLY AS POWERFUL AS YOUR FAITH.
LUKE 18:1 “Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,”
2 CORINTHIANS 4:1 “Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart.”
1 CORINTHIANS 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”
ISAIAH 40:28 “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.”
PSALM 27:13 “I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.”
I REFUSE TO ALLOW THE GROWTH OF WEARINESS TO EXIST IN MY LIFE!
HOW DO WE INCREASE THE STRENGTH OF OUR FAITH?
ISAIAH 40:31 “But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
ISAIAH 40:29 “He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.”
MATTHEW 24:13 “But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”
JOSHUA 14:11 “As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in.”
PSALM 28:8 “The Lord is their strength, And He is the saving refuge of His anointed.”
PSALM 18:39 “For You have armed me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.”
PSALM 29:11 “The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.”
EPHESIANS 6:10-11 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
INCREASING THE STRENGTH OF FAITH:
WAITING - TENSION OF ENDURING
FOCUS - ATTENTION
DIET - GOD’S WORD
BIBLICAL MINDSET - DEVELOP A MIND OF STRENGTH
ALLIANCES - COVENANT PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD AND BELIEVERS
PURPOSE - GOD’S HAND IS ON MY ASSIGNMENT *SYNERGY
DISCIPLINE LIFE - LEARN
THERE IS POWER IN YOUR 101ST PRAYER
REVELATION 5:8 “Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.”
PRAY AGAIN!
PSALM 141:2 “Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.”
LIFT YOUR HANDS AGAIN!
2 KINGS 13:18 “Then he said, “Take the arrows”; so he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground”; so he struck three times, and stopped.”
STRIKE AGAIN!
1 KINGS 18:42-43 “So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.””
GO AGAIN!
2 KINGS 5:14 “So he went down and dipped seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.”
DIP AGAIN!
MATTHEW 7:7 ““Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”
ASK AGAIN! SEEK AGAIN! KNOCK AGAIN!
