God want you joy to be filled.
So full that you have some to give to other..

What things does he say?
1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
John 15, verse 4 and 5
Verse 4, “Abide in me, and I in you.” Verse 5 “He that abides in me, and I in him, the same with bring forth much fruit.”
Fruits of joy.
Remember
1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
The same joy in Jesus He, by His grace has placed on the inside of the ones He loves.
So that we could be complete in whatever situation and whatever circumstance.
When I face life situation and circumstances, I must remind to abide in the one, the only one who can bring me real joy.
11 You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.
Joy is found in His presence therefore when we are in right relationship with Him
We will not find joy in our distance.
turn to Nehemiah
10 Then he said to them, “Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
Notice the Joy of the Lord is our strength...
Someone one has lied to you.
that telling you that downcast disposition was from God.
We need God to restore our joy
Joy is a gift..
Jesus endured the cross because of the joy set before him
Nehemiah who was doing a great and hard word rebuilding the walls that had come down says the joy of the Lord is my strength.
Thats why laughing is such a git
2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter And our tongue with joyful shouting; Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”
Psalm 2:4 (NASB95)
4 He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them.
God is a person and he has personality.
He laughs cause he knows all things. In this verse he laugh because he is about to shut up the devil.
This same God can make us laugh. When we are heavy lost lonely and hurting.. even sick
Proverbs 17:22 (NASB95)
22 A joyful heart is good medicine, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.
We’ve all heard the expression “laughter is the best medicine.”
Relieves pain
Relieves pain
True laughter releases endorphins. One effect of the release of this hormone is that it increases pain tolerance. One study had participants watch 15 minutes of a comedy show in a group. Their pain tolerance increased 10% more than before the laughter.
Increases your chances of getting pregnant
Increases your chances of getting pregnant
A 2011 study showed women going through in vitro fertilization were 16% more likely to get pregnant when entertained by a clown than those who did not have the clown encounter.
Helps your heart
Helps your heart
A good guffaw is healthy for your heart. It helps your heart by increasing the amount of oxygen in your blood and kicking up your heart rate. It also decreases arterial wall stiffness–a link to cardiovascular disease.
Boosts your immune system
Boosts your immune system
Laughing can help you stay safe from viruses by improving your immune system. Laughing releases more anti-infection antibodies to help protect your body from infection.
Makes you happier
Makes you happier
Laughing helps lighten your mood. It can lessen chronic depression and anxiety as well as make it easier to cope with challenging situations.
Reduces stress
Reduces stress
Your body releases cortisol when you’re stressed. Because it’s known as the stress hormone, cortisol gets a bad rap, but it plays an important role in the body. It helps manage blood sugar levels, reduces inflammation, manages metabolism, and triggers the fight or flight response in your body at critical times. But too much cortisol and your body feels that stress.
Laughter is one of the ways your body can help regulate cortisol. Laughing increases your oxygen intake, which stimulates body circulation and decreases your cortisol levels. Some studies show that just the act of laughing—without having humor in it—can have positive stress-relieving effects.
Relaxes your body
Relaxes your body
Stress causes your muscles to tense up. Laughing can help relieve stress because it relaxes your muscles. A good laugh can relieve your muscles of extra stress for up to 45 minutes because it stimulates circulation.
(there once was a man who thought he was a chicken)

He will let my bones rejoice
He will Hide your face from my sins
He will blot out my iniquities
He will create in me a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit in me
He will not Cast me away from presence or don’t take you spirit from me
And his lastly by his grace, he will Restore the Joy of my Salvation.
