CUT 1

(Analogy shift kinda here) 

If your doing something dirty and don’t stop half way through to shower only to get dirty again. 

Showering is on the other side of heaven 

We need to dig in 

God knows we are doing a tough murder so he isn’t repulsed by seeing mud on us. 

He doesn’t want us to stay dirty. 

He wants us to be clean

But he still embraces us with a hug when we reach the finish line. 

This is why Christ is the only thing that matters 

CUT 2

There are miss conceptions about many verses 

people have this miss conception that satan is omni-present

he is powerful but that is giving him to much credit\

God promises Joy, peace, healing, deliverance, the list goes on and on.

But who knows we don’t always have those things?????

Sometimes it feels like we will never have those things.

I have heard so many stories of people who don’t experience those things and...

they Feel abandoned by god

they Think he must not love them

Maybe other people are promised that but I’m not

I must not be doing it right, I don’t believe or trust God hard enough but I’m GIVING IT MY ALL!

Friends I want you to know today that all of that is false. 

Everyone of those thoughts are lies 

Lies that Satan is trying to used to pull you way from God

Satan is trying to skew your view of this life as a training ground to be a life equal to or worse than hell.

to make you turn away from Gods creation

there isn’t a disconnect between your life and Gods favor

See the thing we don’t hear in the church enough is that

Yes we are promised those things. But we aren’t promised them on this side of heaven. 

DID YOU CATCH THAT?!

Yes we are promised healing, wealth, prosperity, but you might be the most faithful follower of Christ and never receive any of that until you reach the other side of heaven.

There are churches and pastors who will teach you the truth that its Gods desire to bless you in those ways.

which I absolutely believe, I have seen God miraculously heal and bless myself and others around me.

BUT the lie is that its a %100 guarantee if you just pray hard enough, and if God doesn’t bless you or heal you then it than thats your fault

Or how about this one, God will do it, but first lets pass the offering plate.

I know so many people who have been hurt by the church in this way.

And I am sorry if this was never taught to you or if someone told you a false truth

But we do not serve a petty or greedy God

If my prayer doesn’t start “Our father who art in heaven”

God is still going to hear my prayer

He’s not like “oh sorry man wish i could help buuuut......

He’s not like any doctor or professor i have ever met.

And I don’t know about you but my Bible says the streets of heaven are lined with Gold

so why would the decimal place on your tithe dictate the level of prayer you would receive back.

The bible clearly tells us that our giving is a free will offering up to God. Not a downpayment for our next promotion at work.
