“The Hope of Easter”

I.     Introduction

1.    Basketball (Xavier, no hope of winning).

2.    Sometimes parents think there is no hope for their kids.

3.    People get depressed (job loss, lack of purpose) and they lose hope.

B.  Jesus gives us hope and that hope is clearly seen early in His earthly ministry in Luke 4: 18-21
