I.     Introduction

A.  Why an expositional study of 1 Corinthians

1.    Because I am a coward. Let the word of God speak for itself, if you disagree, that is between you and God.

2.    People’s general ignorance to the Word of God.

3.    Forces us to deal with issues we may not want to address.

a)    We don’t like them.

b)    They reveal our weaknesses.

C.  Warning against Moral Laxity (6:9-20)

3.    This is the model, this is the ideal we need to pursue.

III. Conclusion

A.  Paul deals with some practical stuff here.

B.  Victor Frankle observed that in between a Stimulus and a Reaction to that stimulus, is the freedom to choose.
