A Lifeline

If someone is sick a lifeline is what we need.

I V’s are put in people to help them, to keep them alive.

If the line is pulled out they die.

They are careful to maintain that line. They watch it carefully.  They check for any sign of infection or vein failure, because they need the line running in their body.

We were sick.  We were dying.  But one day something happened to us.  A lifeline was put in us.  Once we get that lifeline, we need to be careful to maintain it and check it for signs of infection or foreign objects in the line.
