The Jesus Questions: Why do you see the speck in your brother’s eye, but fail to see the beam in your own?

There are moments in our walk with Jesus, where his love pushes back on our posturing. His love compels us to see the sins of others in light of our own- to use a measure that we want God to measure us with. Jesus would teach and embody the kingdom concept that grace comes first, then repentance.
