Where is the promise of hhis coming?

The last days began with the first coming of Jesus. (Heb. 1:2)
He could come the second time at any moment. 1Cor.15:51-52
I am writing to stir up your mind to remind you what was written by the prophets, the Lord’s commandments, and the apostles.
Last days conditions: Spoken by the Prophets
scoffers following their own sinful desires;
asking: no one knows the date(verse 8), only God. Ungodly men
ignorant of the word of God.
Jesus’ delay his coming because of compassion for those who are lost.God delays with His will allowing people to repent

Nahum 1: God’s wrath will be fierce.
Against Nineveh - Assyrian city which is now Bagdad. Book of

Gen. says it was founded by Nimrod. Gen. 10:8-12 the first powerful man on earth.

During ninth, eight, seventh centuries BC, Assyrian empire grew in power and attacked surrounding nations including Israel.
Some of the kings of Assyria were the most wicked and cruel monarchs that ever ruled. This helps explain why Jonah who lived during the eighth century, at first refused to preach in Nineveh and remained reluctant even after having been swallowed by a huge fish.

Put on the armor of faith
Don’t take God’s patience for granted simply because wrath and judgement has been poured out yet.
I believe the church will be raptured with the return of Jesus Christ before the great tribulation.
