There are two TENDENCIES of the Lord’s teaching.

I. The Parables Jesus Used. v.33

33 And with many such parables spake he the word unto them, as they were able to hear it.
He used parables to teach practical truths.
The sower - the differences in church people
The candlestick - to show light cannot be hid
The mustard seed - to show corruption in mega churches
He used parables to reach practical people. (If they wanted the meaning they could come to Him - see Mark 4:10-12)
He used parables to relate with plain people.
Jesus used common things to relate the message.
Jesus used what was available in their region.

II. The People Jesus Used. v.34

34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.
Jesus uses people that spend alone time with Him. (Mark 4:10)
Jesus uses people that gives all time to Him.

Jesus uses people that wants Him.
Conclusion:
Are you spending your time with Jesus?
Not just listening about Him.
Not just learning about Him.
Just loving Him and being around Him.
