Hello, beautiful people. Yes, the last of clean out your closet.

How many need to do that?

Okay, I got it.

All right, I have to do if anything about our spiritual growth, and I'm going to say everything. So this wonderful quote by Peter Walsh. What? I know for sure is that when you declutter whether it's on your home, your head or your heart, it is a standing. What will flow into the space? That will enrich you your life, and your family.

So I'm just going to throw a list of things. So you ever been like stuck looking for direction. And of course, the big, what was my purpose? I'll maybe ever like, we just don't really feel good. But we're needing money or new improved relationships ever have that? Like really need money. I really need to know what direction to take the money or been lost in our relationships are stuck and where to go. And to move forward. Never need relief from illness or depression.

Okay. So these are all reasons to clean out her closet, because that's the garbage. That's where the garbage start, but this is what happens. So, I'm giving the list that, that I know. Don't have time. I don't feel like it. I don't feel very good. I'm too tired. I need to rest. You know, we we hold onto things because And sometimes we can't even fill up the reason because I held onto the broken worn out in the old because either I can use it in my art projects or I'll get it fixed one day. I might need it.

We keep more shoes than we need because what? They were so cute. They were only $4. They don't even fit.

we keep clothes that are too small or too big or the zipper is broke because Perfectly good idle, right? We keep our great-grandmothers embroidered pillowcases or quilting closet bags. Why is were wanting we don't want a messed up, but what are we doing with them? I keep them stored. Want you to think about that little bit. We keep clutter on our desk or in our drawers has great hiding place.

we keep rusty cars that don't work in our yard because

We hoard by getting a bargain on things that we don't use. We spend more money, saving money, getting these Bargains right that we don't we don't even know. Why do I need to know?

We hold on to our money for a rainy day.

Okay, so these are things that again can start to clutter. Okay, and like, and it and their clutter in our physical world, for a reason. Because to our minds are cluttered, or we have fears of letting go. But, you know, all these things will be used, but likely not by us.

It is somebody else to do it. Somebody else will pay that antique armoire, you know, we're afraid of to let go of these to an old toothbrush or even a movie stub. Because we look at it as a memory for the toothbrush when we can use it to clean. Something went. When I when did I realize? This is me. I need to clean the grout and now they are good for our project to help me. Do I need for that? And I don't need one for every color of paint.

But what about bread wrapper ties?

Yeah, you know, I heard that.

In rubber bands, do you know? So bright.

Even save out the garbage before taking it out to the curb. But one bag or two bag and I won't get to it will get to it. All right, so these are things that we do and it could be out of habit. It can be out of fear. It can be because we're busy. We have reasons. Right, we have we have reasons or excuses and somebody said to me once I was at a motivational talk somewhere. I can't even remember what it was, but I was

Press, I can remember but they said a reason is excused trimmed with a lie, when we give ourself all of these reasons and then I started to think about it. Maybe true. Know this little is little reason for we held on. And so the purpose of letting when we start to, when we're stuck in a moment where stuff we're feeling depressed or feeling sick. We're feeling sad or gloomy and Immunity. We know that we always go with them. When we go to prayer, will go into the affirmative prayer and but still sometimes we want to take a lazy way. Okay. Tell me what to do cuz I could God not that. Give me something else. Today. Just give me the answer. I don't have to do that. I have to do that to be cleaning out our car. This could be cleaning out our office. This could be starting with the utensil drawer and it will. They catch all jewelry that everybody has in the kitchen or someplace that junk drawer. You know, how do you find all kind of cool things that are self permission to start to clean these things? It actually starts to release things in our body. And in our mind, it releases tension, it releases from stress. And first of all, we feel good about what we've done and we want to take pictures and post them on Instagram. Facebook before we just cleaned out my closet. Hashtag closet organizer. I don't know. Who is that? Is that works? Hashtag. Anyway some energy, but again, so that's what we're looking for. Comes into play. It comes into that movement and it's like, we save everything from, I don't know, from from our water, bill statements letting them get this. Hi to, you know, if there's things that we don't need to be saving any more, we need to be willing to let you know what? My mama said you had to keep that for eight years or 7 years. Do you really now? Then I make cuz there's backups right. We have this wonderful thing on the air and then I will let honey, if that brags everybody's going to forgot what we owed anyway, so it's okay.

I know you're wrong, but we held at we have this tendency to hold on. And have you ever been in that place where you're really, really depressed? You're really, really tired and you're like, you want to do something, but you doubt and then you give yourself all the reasons of why you don't, you'll get to it later. But if we took 15 minutes, set, a timer and started to clean something to clean something out, we start to feel better than the timer goes off. You didn't even here and you're still doing it. You know, where you said it back for you? I'm so glad that 15 minutes is over, but we have a hard time. Letting thanks. We have reasons of why we we do that. But the reason that we need to let these go on the physical. It's because they're cluttering are mine. Because if we're holding on to this, what is the, what is the psychological reason they were holding on to it? What is the, what is our motivation to hold on to it? And some people would say, it's kind of laziness. It's kind of laziness, Al sorry. I can own it. I don't want to go to be lazy today. But when we move these things, we start to clear. We start to. And I'm not talking about being a CD with anything. Okay. I'm not talking about being a CD.

Matt will, cuz I'm in some people take away if I claim as then. I have to stay on top of it and be and I'm not talking about that. I'm not talking about that. You have to organize everything and put labels with it. But if that makes you happy organized and put labels with it, but if you're doing that then, you know what, you just need to advertise so you can go and help other people organize their space and I just have to throw away. It keeps our minds cluttered. It weighs on us were asking me spiritual questions. Like God, give me a direction. Give me a purpose. God, tell me what to do and sometimes when we start to move things in our physical environment. Is star Stewie is bad and there's a Clarity that can come and you know, there's Funk shway and you know having things done. Just right. So if any of you were into Funk shway, it's kind of a fun thing, but it's not something is necessary. What it does is it gives you an opportunity to lighten the load and sand to move that energy. And when I talk about you like eclectic stuff and you like a wall covered in art and makes you happy. Then keep that wall covered in our, right? And look at it and smile at it. But if it's hidden in the closet behind the thing in the thing and around us, it's not being appreciate its not being used with what happens. If that's what we do. We bury our feelings. We we bury it. We go down and down, and down to where any of your friends followers and watch the show, Friends. Do you remember that episode with Monica's closet? The closet? Anybody. Well, that was one of the best episodes ever. Cuz in the back, there's that closet, right? There's that closet in that Hall by the bathroom and but you don't go in the closet and, you know, Monica was all about being perfect. And the time to say I opened it it was like all this stuff all that like it's like all fit in and she's got it all Jam. So that was her secret place about how she kept it. But it was this this this, but she didn't want anybody to know that. That was the one place where she lost control. And what happens is on a spiritual level, we're hiding it from ourselves because we don't want to lose control. So we put it into this closet. And so, we don't want to look at it. So we put it in here. We don't want to look at it. We put it back here. We don't want to look at it. We put it back here. And when we start to look at it, it doesn't necessarily mean sometimes, sometimes it's just acknowledging, Let It Go going to forgive will let it go. It doesn't have to be my story anymore. It's gone. You know, it affect you can say Okay God, I got to give it to you and it comes back like a rubber band. I'm good with that way. And I and I mean, God had this conversation with me, but you don't trust me enough to find when we go with an. A lot of people are so afraid because they think they're going to find that bad thing their Badness. What's broken? What they're not afraid to live within or afraid of the Demons were going to find. We're afraid of the Shadow, they were going to see but if we allow that garbage to come up and cut it in and not allow it to come up. It will it will at some point dissolve for cleared. So it's not about trying to take it and control it, stick it back in cuz it's going to keep vomiting its way out. Have you guys ever ever tried to be somebody? You're not to make other people happy? How well did it work for you? Cuz you come out, you know, it's just like he eventually you come out, you know, and sometimes it's not in a very pretty way and that shadow that were afraid over those feelings that we're trying to like not deal with, because it might not be so spiritual. Those are those are feelings or emotions and where does feel those things? If the feeling but then give them up and let them go clears. The way they clean out the closet so that the energy that were wanting the energy that we're needing can move through and, and come to us and what we're looking for, shows up. And the wonderful thing is that I have noticed and it's I think some of us have is as we've started to work on the bookstore. The shift with that new people in, you know, in the bookstore still not ready.

That energy and and new people are arriving where it where Matt were talking about what to do in a children's program and how to build that or, you know, and I talked about a lot and I talked about it to myself a lot. But I'm I was informing that we're going to grow and we're going to have a wonderful use program and then we got this wonderful connection with tag. We're going to get to be at the next week to be a community service in to work that and to know so that the world cannot what Unity has to offer in to come here. And we put on that Banner. You are not broken. You are loved and it's the same thing for each and everyone of us were not broken. So to find so to allow what needs to come up to come up. It can be very, very healing but it's just like when we don't want to go through the closet, you know, we don't want to go through. We don't want to have to make those decisions, really, you know, what the decision throw away, shoes that don't fit. They don't fit. You know, how many times do you, where do you buy the shoes? Because they were so cute. They were only $4, but they don't fit. How many times did you wear them, right?

And every time we walk into her home, when it's cluttered, what are we go?

If it can be, it can be a little bit daunting and when we have those feelings, but it's the laughing that so, you know, there's that thing, cleanliness is Next to Godliness, but I don't know about that. But what I do know is when I start to clean things out, I have a clear connection to the divine. And it's a beautiful connection is too wonderful connection. So we so I just would like to say be willing be open to be uncomfortable. Be willing to even though you don't feel like it, get a day, put it on the counter set. The timer for 50 minutes of start organize something. All right, and I know that artists will get stuck in their art room. Because I find all this good stuff. They want to come out for three days. So don't start in an art room. Starting another room that really needs to be cleaned or acknowledge that this again. This helps us to clear here and to know that we don't have anything to be afraid of with our feelings or the things that were holding on its garbage and we can give it over, we can let it go, we can be open with that. So here's to cleaning house closet.

Now, that's a blessing ceremony. What's the little thing? And I want to tell you. Thank you because we've got like, I don't know, 50. How many pictures Rick 55 5:55 picture so and because they were going to and I didn't know how many we had. I was I was like hoping that he'd have enough to make a song, you know, so we are going to bless our pets together. So if you will read after me or with me in your infinite wisdom, you created the universe and blessed us with all living creatures. We especially thank you for giving us our parents, who are our friends and our Companions and bring us so much. Joy, their presence. Very often helps us get through trying times. Bless my pet. My pet continue giving me joy and remind me of the power of lies that has brought all creation into manifestation. I dedicate my continuing care of this deer animal to its well-being, help and companionship. I give thanks for the entire Animal Kingdom. That is willing to live this Earthly, life side-by-side with human beings. We need

And now for the wonderful tribute to your pets.

You've Got a Friend in Me. You Got a Friend in Me.

You've Got a Friend in Me. You've Got a Friend.

Things I wouldn't do for you. We stick together. We can meet.

Some other folks might be a little bit smarter than I am bigger and stronger than Maybe.
