First test: Are they filled with the Holy Ghost and baptised in the Name of Jesus, committed to the Apostolic doctrine?
Second test: Are the as dedicated to the things of God as you are? OR MORE?
Why are you serving God?
Because of a cute boy or girl?
Or because you love Him!
3. Church has to become a spiritual nursery.
a. Couple trends I see as people mature
Forget where YOU came from.

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Never forget where YOU came from and allow a love and patience to develop in you for them.
You can’t make anyone feel guilty about where they are at in their walk with God.
Don’t empower them to do wrong but let them know you are fighting along side them
Forget the physical and spiritual parallels
Don’t force feed them!
Remember they are babies!
Let them grow at their own pace!
When you are trying to tell someone how to dress it’s like trying to feed a 1 month old a chicken leg!

Only one person that God has given insight into your life and the strength to fight your battles for you.

These other men in your life are there to help you, direct you, operate in your life, inspire you BUT THEY ARE NOT ANOINTED TO PASTOR YOU.
This word anointed is not just to cover or paint it also means to empower!
Any other Word from God you receive has to come through the ministry of the Gifts of the Spirit - not so with the pastor - he just knows things!
A pastor is imparted with a special anointing to put up with your junk and lead you through it!
Don’t put that on any of these lay ministers!
Don’t put that on any of these five fold ministers we are bringing in.
Give me your junk, stupidity, fears, anxiety, insecurity
Give these other men on staff the good stuff!
Your pastor will know more about you than you know about yourself!
