Love is described as a feeling of deep affection.

WHY DO WE NEED TO LOVE OTHERS?

The Bible says that God will say depart from me, I know you not and this stems from not loving others 1 John 4:8

Jesus commands us to love John 13:34

First of all, we need to understand that God is love! He loves us so much that He sent His son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us! His son bore all our sins so we don’t have to do anything else but ask God for forgiveness and repent and are made whole!

God loved us first so when we come to Him, His love becomes a part of us and we love Him back and we love others. In the scripture, it says that we can’t say we love God but dislike our brother or sister who we can see.
