Lesson 9 The Gospel Is Good News God provides salvation from sin through Jesus. Memory Verse 2 Timothy 3:16–17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Jesus was born as a baby. Jesus died on the cross for sinners. Jesus rose from the grave. Many people saw Jesus before he went up to heaven. The Good News of the Gospel Class Notes 1) What is the good news?
