My experience with a Jehovah’s Witness - got schooled
What’s Your Testimony?
What’s Your Testimony?
What was the occasion when you placed your trust in Christ
Can you tell someone, using Scripture?
Would you like to be able to?

Ask the question: “Can I talk to you about Jesus?” or “Where do you go to church?”
Then listen to the answers

3 - Let God’s Word Do the Talking
Stick to Scripture
NOT - “Ask Jesus into your heart”- we often say this to children
Speak the truth of the Word; when we try to make it “easier to understand” we do injustice to the Word
The main issue is SIN, and people don’t like to hear that
One race of people, two kinds of people - lost and saved
Well, God is not real fond of sin, so we need to deal with that, before we get to the “good part”
So…let’s look at God’s Word
The Authority
The Authority
“He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day.
He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
The Reality
The Reality
God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.
And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.”
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned—
The Remedy
The Remedy
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
(Bridge Tract idea)
Separated from God
Church, works, baptism, good person, etc.
Can only bridge that gap with the cross
that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
What About You?

Open God’s Word (practice first, if anything, you will be so refreshed by God’s Goodness)
How GREAT He is to love us enough to have sent Jesus
