Controversy - dispute, debate, agitation of contrary opinions, opposition, resistance, argument that involves many people who strongly disagree about something
Paul is telling Timothy that there is no dispute, no arguments, no disagreements about the mystery of godliness.
“Mystery” is not something that is magical, or something that is hard to understand. It’s something hidden. But we now have the mystery revealed to us by the proceeding verbs in this verse.

There is no dispute in these revealings toward man. God has made them known, and they are clearly facts.
Manifest
Manifest
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
John 1:1,14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
Without controversy, God was manifest in the flesh. The Bible tells us, history tells us. IT’S TRUTH
Justified
Justified
And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
King James Version Chapter 8
And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies xby his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
“Justify” means to show as righteous, to show as innocent. WITHOUT CONTROVERSY, JESUS WAS SINLESS.
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
King James Version Chapter 5
Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon eall men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall zmany be made righteous.
If Christ was not sinless, He is not the Son of God. BUT WITHOUT CONTROVERSY, HE IS SINLESS. Even Pontius Pilate declared he found no fault in Him.

Angels have a great interest in Christ and what He has and will do.
Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
Angels announced Christ’s birth and heralded His coming. They ministered to Him after His temptation of Satan. They ministered to Him during His agony in the Garden of Gethsemane. Jesus told Peter that He had more than 12 legions of angels who would defend him against the Jews. Angels were at His resurrection and His ascension. Angels will accompany Him at the Rapture and will administer judgment during the tribulation. Angels, WITHOUT CONTROVERSY, have seen the Lord Jesus Christ.

He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
And when they arrived and called the church together, they reported all that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith for the Gentiles.
THANK GOD THE GOSPEL WAS PREACHED UNTO THE GENTILES. Paul was the apostle to the Gentiles. FAITH COMETH BY HEARING AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD. We don’t preach ourselves, we don’t preach Buddah, we preach CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED.

WITHOUT CONTROVERSY, JESUS IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS.
When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Though some may not believe now, they will!
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Jesus was seen of 40 days by many INFALLIBLE PROOFS (without controversy He was believed to be raised from the dead) He told the disciples....
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
Without Controversy, Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the Father, and without controversy, HE IS COMING AGAIN.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
