4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
This service (past week) has been about giving you an opportunity to become involved in the church. YOUR CHURCH!
There is a principle in organizational leadership that is well known; Pareto Principle
Also called the 80/20 principle
80% of everything that is done is accomplished by 20% of the people.
This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have!
Thank you to the 20%ers who often feel like Nobodys doing all the work!
I have come today to unashamedly present to you the greatest needs of the church and ask you, to be involved!
Where do you want to work.
One of my church goals for 2022: Everyone to have a place!
We are all different members of one body
Each member with a different purpose to fulfill
BUT complete in each other.

The power of together!
We need you!
I need you!
21 And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the Lord’s offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
