Conclusion
In conclusion, Christmas seems to be about many different things. today my prayer is that you walk away knowing that Christmas is about God keeping his promises through Jesus! Jesus came to establish his kingdom! Are you a citizen of the Jesus’ kingdom? If so, does your life reflect that? are you building his kingdom or your own? Jesus came to give light to those in darkness. Now he has left that up to us! Jesus’ Kingdom spreads through us as we go about sharing the good news that Jesus came to die for our sins and as a result we can have peace with God. And when we have peace with God his promises become reality in our own life and God always keeps his promises, so what are you going through today that you need to be reminded of the promises of God? Here is a promise that never gets old. God tells us in romans chapter 8 that all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purposes. So what ever you may be going thought, if you are a child of God a citizen of his Kingdom the outcome is good! In the same chapter God tells us that nothing can separate us from him. So whatever you are going through, sickness, career questions, financial problems, divorce, if you are a child of God, you will never be separated from God and he will always be your Wonderful Counselor, his wisdom is better that any words of man and he tells us to ask for it. He will always be your mighty God. no problem is to big for him, He is the everlasting Farther. he is will us forever, and We have peace with hi, because of jesus coming! So today maybe the best application and response is to wherever you are yield to jesus and just thank him for fulfilling God’s promises. And if you have never given your life to jesus, today can be the day where God’s promises begin to become real in your life! if you would like to give your life to jesus today, talk to Ashley and id live to talk to you also! let me pray for us, then as we sing you respond to God as he leads you!
tomorrow is not promised
