The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.
God exist everywhere. He observers and knows everything and is upholding and sustaining every molecule in the universe.
God Exists but is not present everywhere. Nearness and Presence in Hebrew is Face . Psalm 105:4
God’s presence is where God has turned his face favorably toward someone.
God is far from the wicked. He does not shoe them his favor. they cannot be relationally close to him. Psalm 5:4.
Gods presence can be felt. In his presence is abundant joy. Psalm 16:11. and there is peace Zep 3:17, including refreshment and satisfaction.
It is faith that pleases God, and faith that enables the Christian life. You are never closer to God than when you are trusting in, relying on, leaning on, resting in, and delighting in one of his great and precious promises.
