Psalm 32:1-5 - Confession
Psalm 32:1-2 - The Man Forgiven is Blessed
Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.
1. evildoing — the violation of a law or a duty or moral principle.
1. sin (act) — an act or feeling that transgresses something forbidden or ignores something required by God’s law or character; whether in thought, feeling, speech, or action.
10. to be forgiven ⇔ be covered — to be forgiven (of wrongs), conceived of as being covered over.
4. guilt — the state of having committed an offense.
4. spirit — the spirit or animating force of a person or deity.
2. deception — a misleading falsehood.
Psalm 32:3-4 - The Lord’s Heavy Hand
For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
2. groan — an utterance expressing pain or disapproval.
For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was dried up as by the heat of summer.

Psalm 32:5 - Sin Forgiven
I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity;
