The problem is that Paul quotes in Rom 3: 9-11 that no one is righteous...

What then? Are we better than they? Not at all; for we have already charged that both Jews and Greeks are all under sin;
as it is written,
“There is none righteous, not even one;
There is none who understands,
There is none who seeks for God
Then Paul writes that everyone through faith is righteous in Romans 3:22
even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction;
an even bigger question to face is whether or not our faith in Jesus is what saves us or is it the faith of Jesus that he had in the Father that has saved us.

This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile,

Paul was writing to the Jew and Gentiles differentiating the Law (Mosaic Law) v. the New Covenant (Jesus dying for us)
Its by our faith in Jesus we are saved
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
