These words underline God´s will for men and manś stubborness. God calls all men everywhere to repent.
John the Baptists message was to Repent for the kingdom of has come near. He continued Bear fruit worthy of repentance.
Jesus, our Lord, also declared, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near
The disciples went out and proclaimed that all should repent
Peter proclaimed Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven
Paul delared that now God commands all people everywhere to repent
Peter explained the Lord is not slow about his promise as some think of slowness, but is patient wilth you not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance
Revelation urges repentance time and again - Remember then frtom what you have fallen, repent, and do the works you did at first…Repent then, if not, I will come to you and make war agaainst them with the sword of my mouth
