7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:
Then in verse 8-27 he tells us to use the gifts he has given us for the common good
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Then God tells us in verse 3 through 8, to use the gifts that he has given us for the common good
1 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
The works we do in this earth should be for the Kingdom of God first; then God will handle the rest for us!
There is a loss for all of eternity for those of us who do not produce fruit to the glory of God
4 I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.
We must work now while it is day
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
God expects you to use the gifts he has given you right away, and not wait until later
You are not promised tomorrow!
