Intro

Motif is God’s wisdom vs man’s wisdom

God’s worst is better than our best

God’s foolishness is better than our wisdom

God’s mistake would be better than our best decision

His way is so much higher than you can’t figure it out: can’t see it or imagine it or figure it out

God’s plan to bring salvation to humanity was established before the world began. But the rulers of the age could not see it, Jewish leaders (Pharisees, Sadducees, Council) nor Gentile leaders (Pilate and the Romans). Had they known they would not have crucified Jesus.

God’s plans are so next level, that by them trying to destroy Jesus, they actually furthered God’s plan. In God’s glorious sovereignty and providence, he caused unbelievers, and enemies to achieve his purposes.

And God has plans for you, established before the beginning of the world

9 but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Things you can’t see with your natural eye, understanding

things you have not thought of or imagined

But God has prepared it

already prepared, you just have to get to it
