*Lamb of God John 1:29 “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”
*Jesus just like the Passover Lamb but better because Jesus was without defect or sin or a repetitive process one time for all
*Jesus was led like a Lamb to the slaughter.Isaiah 53:7 “He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, Yet he opened not his mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, So he openeth not his mouth.”
*Jesus willingly laid down His life for the sins of humanity.
*Living in Reverent Fear 1 Peter 1:17 “And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:”
*Redemption is possible 1 Peter 1:18-21 “Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.”
*Last Adam 1 Corinthians 15:45 “And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.”

*The Last Adam gives life eternal Life John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
*Gift Of Righteousness reign in the Life of Jesus Romans 5:17 “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)”
*Light of The World John 8:12 “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
The name Light of the World is used 3x in the New Testament by Jesus Himself.
John 9:5 “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
Light of Men John 1:4 “In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”
John 12:46 “I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.”
*Walk while you have light John 12:35 “Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.”
Listen Jesus is the Antithesis and antidote to darkness because Jesus is the Light of the world. you ever notice when certain people come around all of the foolishness stops etc...
*This Little Light Of Mine Matthew 5:14 “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.” Our lives ought too be reflective of Jesus Christ the Messiah living on the inside of us.
*Lion of the Tribe of Judah Revelation 5:5 “And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.”
* Jesus comes from the root of David Matthew 1:1 “The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.”
Jesus’ ancestry can be traced back to Judah Matthew 1:3 “And Judas begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom; and Esrom begat Aram;” Also in
Luke 3:34 “Which was the son of Jacob, which was the son of Isaac, which was the son of Abraham, which was the son of Thara, which was the son of Nachor,”
*You are a lion’s cub Jacob said Genesis 49:9 “Judah is a lion’s whelp: From the prey, my son, thou art gone up: He stooped down, he couched as a lion, And as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?” Jesus comes from the tribe of Judah and for this reason Jesus is called The Lion from the Tribe of Judah.
Also in Amos 3:8 “The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy?” This means that the Lord is Sovereign and when the Sovereign Lord has spoken who can but prophecy.
Jesus show the Lion character once in Matthew 21 :10-13 “And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this? And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee. And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” “And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.”
*The Authority of Jesus Luke 4:16-30 “And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son? And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country. 24 And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country. 25 But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land; 26 But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow. 27 And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian. 28 And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, 29 And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong. 30 But he passing through the midst of them went his way. When you rise above the station in life that some people have in mind for you they get upset.
*Lord of Hosts 2 Kings 3:14 “And Elisha said, As the Lord of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not look toward thee, nor see thee.” Elisha said if Jehoshaphat wasn’t with ya’ll I would even be bothered with these other wicked bootleg kings and by the way King Jehoshaphat what are you doing with these lewd characters . But long story short Elisha found water in a place that had not rain and there was no water. But my God is water in dry places, because Jehovah Saboth extols and explains God’s Sovereignty, God’s Omnipotence and His transcendence. Because He is the Lord of Host
Then in Isaiah 6:3 “And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: The whole earth is full of his glory.”
Saboth or Sabaoth in Hebrew Tsaba and is used in connection with warfare and the control of armies. So in essence Jehovah Sabaoth is interpreted as Yahweh the warrior or Yahweh the Divine King.
*David described the Lord of Hosts , The God of the Armies of Israel who Goliath hast defied 1 Samuel 17:45 “Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.”
*EXOUSIA Matthew 28:18 “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” All Authority and Power has been given to Jesus in heaven and on earth.
*Jesus has Lordship over the Living and over the dead Romans 14:9 “For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.”
*The Supreme God One God One Lord One Creator who is the Omnipotent and Omniscient Ruler of the Universe 1 Corinthians 8:6 “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.”
*Jesus’ Servant heart teaches us the model to follow John 13:14 “If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.”
*Master respected and reverenced Matthew 23:8 “But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.”
*Rabbi is a respected title of a teacher of the word but after Jesus’s resurrection from the dead Mary Magdalene called Jesus Rabboni. *Rabboni in the Aramaic language means My Master. Which is much more powerful and personal and perfect befitting for our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. This is so significant because Jesus is our
*Mediator 1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;”
In biblical antiquity the High priest who served in the temple had the role of mediator. And Once a year they would tie a rope around the High priest as he entered the Holy of Holies and make animal sacrifices for the atonement of the sins of Israel
*The Atonement of the sins of Israel Leviticus 16 “And the Lord spake unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before the Lord, and died; And the Lord said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat. Thus shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering. He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linen girdle, and with the linen mitre shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and so put them on. And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering. And Aaron shall offer his bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make an atonement for himself, and for and for his house. 7 And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. 8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat. 9 And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD’s lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering. 10 But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness. 11 And Aaron shall bring the bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make an atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin offering which is for himself: 12 And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the vail: 13 And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not: 14 And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times. 15 Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat: 16 And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness. 17 And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel. 18 And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about. 19 And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel. 20 And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat: 21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness: 22 And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness. 23 And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there: 24 And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and for the people. 25 And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn upon the altar. 26 And he that let go the goat for the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the camp. 27 And the bullock for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung. 28 And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.
29 And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you: 30 For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD. 31 It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever. 32 And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest’s office in his father’s stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments: 33 And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation. 34 And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.
God has reconciled the world to Himself through His Son Jesus Christ
2 Corinthians 5:19 “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.”
* Jesus is now our Mediator. A Mediator is a legal term which means its a go- between, someone who stands between two parties in a dispute to reach a common goal. In his or her role, the Mediator must have a complete understanding of both parties and their wishes and the nature of the dispute itself.
*In relations to God and His creation humankind was separated because of humanity’s sin. And the ultimate common goal by both parties is salvation and so it was Jesus who became the Mediator for mankind and bridged the gap that now allows us access to the tree of life and eternity and everlasting life and Zoey life.
*Messiah John 1:41 “He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.” Andrew”s announcement of the finding the messiah or the anointed One was the climax or the apex of thousands of years of waiting and along with hundreds of Old Testament prophecies Genesis 49:10 “The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh come; And unto him shall the gathering of the people be.” Shiloh means The Peaceful One which is also another name for Messiah.
