The golden censer cast upon the earth, Revelation 8:3-5
Revelation 8:3–5
And another angle came and stoop over the alter, having a golden censer and much incense was given to him in order that he should give for the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar, the one before the throne.
And the smoke of the incense went up with the prayers of the saints out from a hand of the angel before the God.
And the angel, having taken the censer and filled it out from the fire from the altar and he cast [it] unto the earth and thunders and sounds and lightning came to be and an earthquake.

They will raise an army, Revelation 9:16

Although only the word for horse is used, by using it with army it indicates those on horseback or horsemen in the army. Exodus 14:9

So the Egyptians pursued them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, his horsemen and his army, and overtook them camping by the sea beside Pi Hahiroth, before Baal Zephon.
There is a textual issue here that is solved by spelling. ἱππικοῦ which is in the critic’s text is not the normal spelling for horse or horsemen
Textual support is better for just myriads, not two myriads. δυο μυριαδων Some translate this as twenty thousand, but χίλιοι is the typical word used for thousand
They are high ranking fallen angels, Revelation 9:17

And thus I perceived the horses in the vision and the ones sitting over them, having breastplates of fiery red and deep blue and yellow, and the heads of the horses were as heads of lions and out from their mouth came fire and smoke and brimstone. Revelation 9:17

Breastplates of fiery red and deep blue and yellow
Fiery Red - Only used once in the New Testament.
Typically, fire is associated with judgment.
Used to describe where Satan when he was ruling was allowed to walk, Ezekiel 28:14-16

“You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you. “By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within, And you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing Out of the mountain of God; And I destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the fiery stones.
Blue color is seen as something having value, Exodus 25:4

blue, purple, and scarlet thread, fine linen, and goats’ hair;
Typically a fabric died dark blue, but can refer to a stone, Revelation 21:20

the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.

The use of these colors indicates these are high ranking. They are arrayed in colors associated with value and worth.
Fire, smoke, and brimstone
These three kill a third of humans on earth
Smoke is used for a sign to the Jews, Acts 2:19

I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.

Brimstone is seen in the destruction of Sodom, Luke 17:29

Brimstone is in the lake of fire, Revelation 14:10; 19:20

Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

The Authority of the horse is given to them

Their tail is likened to a serpent having heads
They unrighteously harm with their tail, Revelation 6:6

From their religious superstitious awe
From their fornications
From their thefts
Judgment is not intended to bring repentance, Romans 2:4

Or do you think little of the riches of His kindness, and tolerance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the kindness from God leads you into a change of mind?
