Romans 11:33–36 NKJV
33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! 34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?” 35 “Or who has first given to Him And it shall be repaid to him?” 36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
Giving
1 Timothy 6:18–19 NKJV
18 Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, 19 storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
Today’s Text:
Matthew 5:9 NKJV
9 Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.

Remember the true meaning of blessed.

all people who are in the faith are blessed.

The Modern Christian has come to believe that blessings are things that the word considers are blessing. The world looks at cars clothes cribs and cash as blessings.

The word tells us that good health is a blessing, to be sure it is, but temporal things are not even close to the blessings that come from the things that this life have to offer.

Our first blessings come from peace with God. that peace with God. Peace with God comes only through Jesus!

It is at this point we have a problem, I can hear you saying I was never at war with God.

You may not have been conscientiously at war with God but your flesh was.

Galatians 5:17 NKJV
17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
Ephesians 2:1–2 NKJV
1 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,

Before coming to Christ you where dead in your trespasses and sins.

Christ Dies foe sinners

Romans 5:8 NKJV
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:6 NKJV
6 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

Christ died that we might have peace with God.

Romans 5:1 NKJV
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 Corinthians 5:18 NKJV
18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,

At the end of it all we are going it comes down to it, it comes down to the our relationship with God.

True Blessing comes from peace with God.

Surrendering to the will of God through relationship with Jesus.

coming to Christ

Romans 3:23 NKJV
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Romans 6:23 NKJV
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 5:12 NKJV
12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—
Romans 5:8 NKJV
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 10:9–13 NKJV
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
