As we head into the first week of this new year, we are filled with excitement for what is to come and we have our mids set on what we will accomplish this year, and while this is true for most of us it is also untrue for a lot of us as well.
There are some of us who have experienced set back and failures in life, we have experienced disappointments and shortcomings and while the excitement is bliss there is the question in the forefront of our mind that asks ‘will I be able to handle this?’
We are very sure that God is going to give us miracles, signs and wonders; there is no question that we are going to aquire things in this year and we are praising God for whats already done in the heavens will come down to Earth, but with all of this we are still wondering ‘will I be able to handle this?’
This is not a question of doubt but it is a question of humanity because because our spirits automatically rejoice at the word of the Lord but if we can be honest it takes a few days foir it to register in our flesh because our spirit says move now and our flesh says are you sure?
Our spirit says step out on faith and our flesh says wait until everything lines up, so I understand the pressure but there is something called the Now of God and we cannot wait for our time to match his timing but we must move at the command of God, tell someone do what he says.
It was not the right time for Abraham to leave Haran because he was still mourning the death of his father.
it was not the right for Noah to build an ark because he had no support from his friends or family, it was never the right time for Paul to be an Apostle because it seemed as if none of the Apostles accepted him, but when you come in conctact with God’s timing it doesn’t matter who is for you, it doesn’t matter who is against, it doesn’t even matter how you feel, when it’s God’s timing, all you gotta do it get up and do what he says, I know they rejected you, I know they hurt you, I know it didn’t work last time, but if you can just move on his command I promise it’s going to work this time and without fail, tell somebody get up and obey.
