God Has Good Designs For Your Life!

We are working on our kitchen.
I like design work and building things.
Many times, we design and redesign things based on what we find when tearing out the existing building materials.
Jeremiah 29:11 AV
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Romans 8:28 AV
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Genesis 50:15–21 AV
And when Joseph’s brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him. And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying, So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him. And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants. And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God? But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.

God Can Turn Evil into Good Results.

The Past Refines Us but Should Not Define Us.

BTW: We cannot change the past. If we could change the past, we would not be the people we are today. (“as it is today”). Joseph saw God’s design, even in the Hardships he endured.
We must be willing to forgive past wrongs.
Commit bad situations to God. He can right all the wrong.
Ephesians 4:32 AV
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Colossians 3:13 AV
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

God Knows the Future. Look for the “Bigger Picture.”

We Do Not Need to Live in Fear.

People may think and do evil against us - God has a plan.
Things may be tough -God will see us through.

Can you trace God’s design in your life?
Share something “bad” that God used for good.
Discuss forgiving one another. Why do we forgive? Is anything “unforgivable?”
List helps for seeing the “Big Picture.”
