The Journey of Holiness

Ephesians 1:3-10
Summary-
Holiness is found in God’s presence. As God has destined us to be in God’s presence we find ourselves being made more Holy by God. Holiness is a blessing, not a work. Our living out holiness is about the source of our actions not just the actions themselves.
Illustration-
Story about intention? Is it good because it worked out even if the source wasn’t good?
OR
Story about being made holy by being with/near God even if it wasn’t a step I took to be making me Holy
Major point-
Holiness comes intentionally but it isn’t because we act holy, it is because we purposefully and intentionally seek and soak in God and we are made Holy.
