Jesus position and authority in the Godhead are without question. Jesus pulls no punches in equating Himself to God in various ways. The religious leaders know what He's claiming about Himself and they hate Him for it. to them, it sounds blasphemous. And it would be, were it not true. While some believe various things about Jesus, it is His disciples, His followers who remain in His Word, who abide in His Word. Jesus has promised liberty in the truth for those who hear Him and so hear the truth. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!
